In this course, we will build a case, focusing on the legal framework and requirements by which an event must be judged. In its way, Roswell has proven to be a painstaking example of what would be necessary to be victorious not only in any courtroom but also in the continuing efforts toward UFO disclosure. As with any jury, the students' time and energy are needed to follow the witnesses’ evidence. You may find it difficult at times as the stakes remain high, but it will become evident that we will be unearthing a most extraordinary event.

The course looks at speculations Dolan and others have made concerning who the aliens are, what they are doing here, why they came, and how they perceive humankind. The course will also speculate on human affairs “after disclosure,” which is the subject of Dolan’s recent books A.D. After Disclosure and Alien Agendas. This course will cover the two-volume book Dolan has written on UFOs and the National Security State, which details year by year beginning in 1945, the number of UFOs sighted, the evidence gathered, the cover-ups engaged in by the US and other governments, the people marginalized and persecuted for insisting on the reality of UFOs, and the inexorable momentum toward UFO Disclosure.

This four-week course will provide a comprehensive history and overview of UAP development, focusing on what we can take as facts concerning the most closely held secret in history. After nearly 80 years of coverup and manipulation of publicly available information, the most important thing for all of us is to understand what the actual facts are concerning UFOs and Non-Human Intelligences.

This course is part of a two-course “orientation” program to provide a solid foundation for future learning about the UFO/UAP/ET issue. These two courses are “core” courses that every student needs to take, along with Richard Dolan’s two courses, plus four other “elective” courses,” to complete a Certificate and be eligible to enter the ET Studies Program for Masters and PhD degrees jointly offered by New Paradigm Institute and Ubiquity University.

This 4-week course will provide a logical process you can use to assess the motive, intent, and involvement of non-human intelligence (NHI) in our world. With this, we will explore the evidence and capabilities available for accurately assessing who these beings are, what they are doing, and what their overall agenda is in making contact with the human species. In addition to identifying the key signs and signals necessary to decode the agenda of NHIs, Reed will examine the impact these agendas may have on the process of Disclosure and the alternate pathways available for gaining public insight into the visitation taking place in our world.
