The House Acted. Now Tell the Senate to Pass the UAPDAThe U.S. House of Representatives passed its version of the FY 2027 National Defense Authorization Act, which would establish an independent process to review and disclose government records concerning unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), commonly referred to as UFOs. Now the Senate must do its part.

The U.S. House of Representatives just moved forward on government transparency concerning unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP)—commonly known as UFOs—and evidence related to extraterrestrial or non-human intelligence (NHI).

On July 22, 2026, the House passed its version of the Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act. The legislation includes a bipartisan amendment led by Representative Eric Burlison that would strengthen the UAP Records Collection at the National Archives and establish an independent UAP Records Review Board to review government records and facilitate their public disclosure.

This marks an important step forward. But House passage alone is not enough.

For this legislation to survive the NDAA process, the Senate must include the UAP Disclosure Act in its version of the FY 2027 NDAA and protect it during negotiations over the final bill.

The House Has Acted. Now It Is the Senate’s Turn.

For decades, information concerning UFOs, UAP, and possible ET/NHI has been concealed behind excessive classification, fragmented oversight, and secretive government and contractor-controlled programs.

Congress cannot conduct meaningful oversight when information is withheld from lawmakers. Nor should the executive branch and private contractors that have guarded this secrecy for decades be permitted to control the disclosure process.

The UAP Disclosure Act provides an independent mechanism for identifying, reviewing, and releasing UAP-related government records. The House-passed legislation would:

  • Strengthen the UAP Records Collection at the National Archives and Records Administration.

  • Establish an independent UAP Records Review Board.

  • Require federal agencies to identify, organize, and transmit UAP-related records.

  • Create a structured process for reviewing records and facilitating their public disclosure.

  • Reinforce Congress’s constitutional oversight authority over information held by the Executive Branch.

Without Senate action, these reforms could be weakened or removed before the FY 2027 NDAA becomes law.

Tell Your Senators to Stand for Transparency

The American people should not have to accept another year of delays, partial disclosures, and government-controlled release programs that lack independent oversight.

The House has demonstrated that bipartisan action on UAP transparency is possible. The Senate must now meet that moment by including the UAP Disclosure Act in its version of the FY 2027 NDAA.

Contact your two U.S. Senators today and demand that they:

  • Support the inclusion of the UAP Disclosure Act in the Senate FY 2027 NDAA.

  • Defend the legislation throughout the amendment and conference processes.

  • Preserve an independent UAP Records Review Board with the authority needed to review government records.

  • Ensure that the final NDAA contains a credible and enforceable process for UAP disclosure.

This issue is not about partisanship or requiring lawmakers to accept any particular explanation for UFOs/ UAP. It is about constitutional oversight, government accountability, preservation of historically significant records, and the public’s right to know.

The House has acted. Now it is the Senate’s time to act.

Send a message to your senators today and tell them to include the UAP Disclosure Act in the FY 2027 National Defense Authorization Act.
