Why Does UAP Disclosure Keep Coming Back to Nuclear Weapons?

He makes the case that the Catholic Church arrives at the same conclusion by an entirely independent route — just war doctrine, which holds that weapons designed to be used against civilian populations are inherently unjust. That thread is documented: Pope Francis condemned the possession of nuclear weapons in 2017 and called it immoral at Hiroshima in 2019, and Archbishop John Wester of Santa Fe, whose archdiocese contains Los Alamos, published a pastoral letter in January 2022 calling for disarmament. Sheehan also points to the Archdiocese of Washington’s removal of Msgr. Stephen Rossetti from its exorcism ministry in June 2026, after Rossetti said publicly that most UFO sightings are probably demons.
