NPI Announces Citizens for Disclosure, a Grassroots UAP Transparency InitiativeToday, the New Paradigm Institute (NPI) launched Citizens for Disclosure (CfD), a grassroots initiative to encourage the public to organize on the ground in their local communities and advocate for UAP transparency from the government.The Senate’s Intelligence Committee Should Investigate the Pentagon’s Over-Classification of UAPCentral to Executive Order 13526 was establishing clear classification criteria, defining three levels of classification: Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential.
