hearings.

New York City, New York, UNITED STATES, March 18, 2024 – Citizens for Disclosure
NOW issued the following announcement:

Citizens for Disclosure NOW (CfD) thanks U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer
(D-NY) for his support of government transparency and his advocacy for the disclosure
of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).

Majority Leader Schumer was instrumental in co-sponsoring the UAP Disclosure Act
(UAPDA), a bipartisan amendment to the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act
(NDAA). Schumer’s amendment would have enacted a “Controlled Disclosure
Campaign Plan,” under which our government would have revealed to the public “as
much as possible” what the government knows about the UAP phenomenon without
jeopardizing national security.

Unfortunately, much of the bipartisan UAPDA was removed from the final legislation by
elements of the military intelligence community and defense aerospace contractors.

The whitewash continued with the release of the “Report on the Historical Record of
U.S. Government Involvement with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), Vol. 1”
by the Department of Defense’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. Only Senator
Schumer’s leadership and the work of his allies can get the truth to the American
people.

NOW will hold a rally in front of Schumer’s office in New York City on March 21, 2024.
