Public Education & Academic Credentialing
We provide foundational information on UAP history and the current status of today’s disclosure movement and teach in the Extraterrestrial Studies academic certification program at Ubiquity University.
“Extraterrestrial Studies” Graduate Degrees
In addition to our mission to educate the public on UAP disclosure, our groundbreaking partnership marks the first academic degree program in the world that offers an Academic Certificate Program in "History, Law, Politics and Technology of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena“ that can be transferred to Ubiquity University for a graduate Masters and/or Ph.D. degree in “Extraterrestrial Studies”.
UAP Disclosure Litigation
We utilize targeted litigation to compel full and responsible UAP disclosure from government agencies that are withholding information that would be beneficial to humanity.
Why We Litigate
During Congressional negotiations of the Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act, military intelligence and aerospace industry forces successfully weakened and removed key UAP-related provisions. That’s why we must use litigation to compel disclosure. It’s clear to us that these actors continue to block efforts to reveal secrets.

We’re using our experience in working with lawmakers on the state and federal levels to develop policies and advocate for legislative action on UAP disclosure.

We work with whistleblowers to protect their rights and ensure they are able to disclose information of importance to citizens that doesn’t threaten national security. We use the latest digital technology to mobilize citizenry to pressure and educate elected officials and policymakers about UAP disclosure.

Due to our grounding in the law, we are available to help whistleblowers navigate the legal and professional challenges inherent to stepping forward.
Experienced Protectors
We have worked with and provided legal services to activists and whistleblowers throughout our history. Our parent organization was founded following the Karen Silkwood case that awarded the whistleblower’s estate a $10.5M judgment in 1979. We provide legal services and advice — from a team of attorneys specifically trained in this work — to whistleblowers at every step of their disclosure process.
